About our business

Amarillo Creativo LLC designs and sells exclusively digital products — printable and digital planners, productivity templates, printables, and wall art — delivered by instant download. We hold no physical inventory and ship no physical goods.

Purchases are completed on Etsy, our authorized sales platform. When you click a product link on this Site, you are taken to the corresponding Etsy listing, and the transaction — payment, delivery of files, and buyer protection — is governed by Etsy's Terms of Use. This Site itself does not process payments or deliver files.

Use of the Site

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
