Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products designed by Amarillo Creativo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal address at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 98923, Casper, WY 82609, United States, and sold through our Etsy shop.

All sales are final — with defined exceptions

Our products are digital files delivered by instant download. Once a file has been made available to you, it cannot be "returned" — which is why, consistent with standard practice for digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind after download;
  • purchasing the wrong product when the listing accurately described it;
  • lack of the software needed to open standard file formats, when the required formats were stated in the listing;
  • printing results affected by your own printer, paper, or print settings.

When we WILL make it right

We stand behind the quality of our work. Contact us and we will issue a replacement or refund if:

  1. The file is defective — corrupted, unreadable, or missing content described in the listing.
  2. The product is materially different from its listing description or preview images.
  3. You were charged more than once for the same item by mistake.

To request a resolution, contact us within 14 days of purchase via our contact form or at hello@amarillocreativo.com, including your Etsy order number and a short description of the issue. For defective files, we will first offer a corrected replacement; if we cannot provide one, we will refund the purchase.

Purchases made on Etsy

All Phase-one purchases are completed on Etsy, so refunds are ultimately processed through Etsy's systems and are also subject to Etsy's policies for digital items. You may open a case with Etsy directly; contacting us first usually resolves issues faster.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback — genuine billing mistakes (such as duplicate charges) are refunded promptly once verified.
